Country: Norway Schools shall be planned, constructed, adapted and run in such a way as to provide for the safety, health, well-being and learning of the pupils. The physical environment of the school shall comply with the special standards at any time recommended by the competent authorities. If particular environmental conditions deviate from these standards, the school must be able to document that the environment nevertheless has a satisfactory effect on the health, well-being and learning of the pupils.
